“Chana has really helped me experience hope in new ways that I didn’t think possible. I really enjoy working with Chana because she is patient, loving, deeply passionate, and caring about helping herself and others grow into our true and best selves. She made the intimidating and overwhelming stuff smaller and approachable and walked me through my confusion and emotions. What I really love... are her examples from life and metaphors that help me understand things I am struggling with.”

The work I do doesn't fit neatly into a box.

It's something quieter and deeper than traditional coaching or therapy: a space where you can finally stop performing and start feeling, where transformation happens not because you force it, but because you allow it. I work with people who are ready to go beneath the surface, to sit with what's hard, to feel what they've been carrying, and to trust the process of their own unfolding.

If that's you, let me tell you what we'll do together.

Nothing is unwelcome.

When we work together, I hold space for you to meet yourself fully: the beautiful, the painful, the tender, the scared. Nothing is too much.

Our sessions aren't scripted. I don't follow a manual or a predetermined protocol. Instead, I listen deeply — to your words, to your body, to what's unspoken — and I follow you. Whatever wants to emerge, emerges. Whatever needs attention, gets it.

The tools I use come from decades of my own healing journey. They've become part of me, woven into how I see, hear, and hold space for others. When we're together, they emerge in our relationship, too — not as techniques I'm applying to you, but as ways of being present with what's alive in the room.

From the moment I met Chana, I felt a sense of safety and warmth. She was like the mother I never had in my life. She allowed me to soften and open up to do the healing work I needed to do. She has such a welcoming energy that instantly made me feel comfortable to surrender and completely unravel to let go of my old stories and rewrite the story I wanted. She was the last piece I needed to help me fulfill my dream of becoming a mother. In a very short amount of time of working with Chana, I brought my beautiful baby into this world. I am eternally grateful for Chana. She is such a gift on this earth!

THE TOOLS I DRAW FROM

Over the years, I've immersed myself in practices that help people access the deeper layers of themselves: the body, the breath, the parts, the stories, the energy, the soul. Here's what lives in my toolkit.

These tools aren't separate offerings. They live together in my practice, and in our sessions, I draw on whichever one wants to come forward in service of your healing. Sometimes we'll use breathwork to access what's beneath the surface, weaving IFS to work with what arises. Sometimes we'll use The Work to question a painful belief, then somatic practice to help your body release it. It's fluid. It's intuitive. It's alive.

PARTS WORK INCLUDING INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS (IFS) AND JEWISH SPIRITUAL THERAPY
Parts Work is a gentle, compassionate way of engaging with the different parts of yourself: the wounded ones who still carry old pain and their protectors who, with the greatest of intentions, wreak havoc in your life. Instead of trying to fix or suppress these parts, we listen to them. We get curious. We create space for them to be seen and heard, and in that witnessing, healing happens. I've found Parts Work to be one of the most profound tools for self-compassion and inner integration. It's for people who feel called to explore the spiritual dimension of healing, who want to understand their struggles not just psychologically but soulfully.

THE WORK OF BYRON KATIE
Byron Katie's inquiry process is a brilliant tool for questioning the thoughts that cause suffering. Through four simple questions, we examine the stories you're telling yourself about your life, your relationships, and your worthiness. We explore alternative ways of seeing reality that support joy, compassion, and honesty. It's simple, it's powerful, and it cuts straight to the heart of where you're stuck.

SOMATIC PRACTICES
Your body holds everything your protectors try to forget. Somatic work is about learning to listen to the body's wisdom: the tightness in your chest, the tremor in your hands, the way your breath changes when something painful surfaces. With attuned presence, we work with your nervous system and allow it to release trapped emotions, memories, and energy that once felt scary to experience. We gently help you return to your body as a safe place, a place of knowing, a place of home.

BREATHWORK
Conscious connected breathwork is one of the most powerful tools I know for accessing what lives beneath the mind. It bypasses the intellect and drops you into the body, where emotions, memories, and energies that have been held for years can finally move. In our sessions, breathwork often becomes a doorway — a way to feel what you haven't been able to name, to release what's been stuck, to remember what you've forgotten.

PSYCHEDELIC EXPLORATION & INTEGRATION
For established clients who feel called to this work, I offer facilitation and integration around psychedelic experiences. This is not something I introduce lightly or early. It's reserved for people I've already worked with who have a strong foundation in inner work and are seeking a deeper catalyst for transformation. Psychedelics can be profound accelerators, but they require preparation, safe holding, and careful integration. This work is done with intention, reverence, and respect for the complexity of altered states.

NLP (NEURO-LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING)
NLP offers practical tools for shifting thought patterns, reframing experiences, and rewiring how you relate to yourself and the world. It's less mystical than some of the other modalities, and that's part of its power: it gives you clear, actionable ways to change how you think and feel.

EMDR (EYE MOVEMENT DESENSITIZATION AND REPROCESSING)
EMDR is a powerful trauma-processing tool that helps the nervous system reprocess painful memories and experiences. Through bilateral stimulation (often eye movements), we help the brain "digest" what it couldn't process at the time, allowing old wounds to heal in a way that feels surprisingly gentle and deep.

FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS
Family Constellations reveal the invisible loyalties, entanglements, and inherited patterns that shape our lives. Through this work, we can see how family dynamics — sometimes going back generations — are affecting you now, and we create space for healing and release.

Chana’s space — lovingly called The Mason House — is unlike any place I’ve ever stepped into. There’s a warmth and intentionality to it that you feel the moment you arrive.
I’ve had the privilege of participating in breathwork, medicine circles, and prayer circles there, and every single experience has been truly amazing!! Chana holds space with such care, depth, and presence. You feel completely safe to go wherever the work takes you.
If you’re looking for someone to guide you into meaningful, transformative experiences, Chana is the real deal. I’m so grateful for everything I’ve received in her space.

Who is this work for?

This work is for people who:

- Have already done some inner work (therapy, coaching, spiritual practice) and are ready to go deeper
- Aren't looking for quick fixes or surface-level change, but for lasting transformation
- Are willing to feel what's hard, to sit with discomfort, to trust the slowness of real healing
- Want a guide who will hold them with compassion and also not let them hide
- Are ready to allow whatever arises in the space

If you're in acute crisis or need emergency mental health support, this isn't the right fit. But if you're ready for depth, for patience, for presence — then let's talk.

How does it work?

I work with clients who book individual sessions or packages of 6-12 sessions, scheduled in advance to build continuity and depth. Sessions are typically 1-2 hours, and we meet weekly or bi-weekly, depending on what feels right for you.

Before we begin, you'll fill out an application. This isn't a formality — it's a conversation starter. It helps me understand where you are, what you're seeking, and whether we're a good fit for each other.

If it feels aligned, we'll start. And we'll take it from there — one session, one breath, one layer at a time.

When I started working with Chana, I was struggling in my job, in my marriage, my relationships with my children, and personally and emotionally—I was quite a mess. A lot of my thought processes were negative or dysfunctional.

To give a little bit of background, I went through a lot of traumatic experiences, both isolated and chronic trauma, over a couple of decades until I got married at 24. When I came to Chana, there were a lot of layers that needed to be stripped down in order to even be able to do the kind of work that was necessary to heal.

What sticks with me most about working with Chana is that whenever a problem was arising, she got the problem right away. She understood it to the core, to the roots of what was going on. For my personality, it was very helpful that there wasn’t any sugarcoating or fluff. There was always a very strong balance between keeping me accountable for the way things are—the patterns of how I’m living and how it’s impacting my life—and having a lot of compassion and space for the way that I was feeling and what I was going through.

There was an accountability from week to week with the homework and exercises that we were working on. I think that is unique about Chana: that balance between compassion, saying things the way they are so they can be understood, and being held accountable to practically move forward.

The work we did together was probably mostly inner child work, but I know Chana focuses on a lot of other modalities today, whether it’s breathwork, meditations, trauma work, or somatic work. She has a lot of tools in her toolkit. If somebody is looking to do deep work with someone who will be there with them, say things the way they are without it dragging on for months on end, and be held accountable in order to really heal and move forward, then I highly recommend Chana for your healing journey."

Working with Chana Mason was one of the most meaningful and transformative experiences I’ve had on my healing journey.

When I decided I wanted to explore deeper inner work with psilocybin, I considered a few practitioners in my community—but I kept coming back to Chana. There was something intuitive about the choice. Her range of modalities, combined with the grounded trust I felt in her, made it clear that she was the right person to hold this kind of space.

From the very beginning, I felt safe to fully open—without hesitation, without judgment. That level of trust is rare, and it allowed me to go exactly where I needed to go.

The session itself was beyond anything I could have imagined. But what truly set the experience apart was the depth of care surrounding it—the preparation beforehand and the integration afterward. Chana doesn’t just facilitate a moment; she supports a full process of transformation.

The intention I came in with shifted in a profound and lasting way. It didn’t just feel like insight—it felt like something within me was genuinely reworked, rewired, and revealed. I left with a new sense of clarity, self-understanding, and inner alignment that continues to unfold.

Chana holds a space that is both deeply compassionate and skillfully guided. Her presence is tender, attuned, and nonjudgmental—but equally important, she brings the tools, wisdom, and intuition needed to help you navigate and integrate what arises.

I am incredibly grateful to have worked with her, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Chana to anyone who feels called to do deep, intentional inner work.
